Eeuroparts took care of everything, I just had to give the box to the fedex guy when he came to my door to pick it up, arranged by eeuroparts, and I got a prompt refund from eeuroparts and plan on ordering from them again.
This was a FULL REFUND, all shipping, taxes, and full cost of part, no restocking fee.

Ordered an OEM PNP switch and Thermostat for $128.50 shipped. I ordered on monday and everything was on my doorstep today (tuesday). This place has some of the best prices, and they ship for free if the order is over $39. I will continue to give them my business and refer them to any other people in need of parts.

I also like how they carry very few Scantech parts compared to FCP Groton.

When I order a certain brand listed, that is what I get with these guys and the free shipping is great.
I bought my Nissens radiator for my S90 here, no better deal for a better quality radiator period and free ground shipping was worth the wait. They ship promptly and carry mostly OEM brand parts.
I was a little PO'd one time when I placed an order at 10PM and sent an email two hours later asking them to cancel then the next day someone replying, saying sorry it is too late to cancel, already shipped. I kind of thought that was BS and like punishment for cancelling the order, but they let me do a return and I got a prompt refund after they received the items back.

Ordered the hub bearing on Tuesday morning, got it by noon on Wednesday with the free shipping.
Part ordered was SKF brand... came in an SKF box, and had the SKF engraving on the hub. No substitution tricks.
Very satisfied with their service and will order from them again.

I ordered a Lower Torque Rod Trans Mount on Monday morning at 7am via paypal and their website.
it said it was in stock... well I called tues to see about the shipping so that it could get to me before Saturday this week... well they told me the order is PENDING because they are out of stock of that item even though the website they said it was in stock.... so I cancelled my order and they refunded me the money right away... so not too bad but just frustrating
I ordered from FCP ebay and it is on the way

GREAT customer service, and every single time I receieved my parts the day after I placed my order at 10-11am. This place has great prices and really knows how to do business. They send you a receipt as soon as you pay and then email you tracking information several hours later. Everything is always well packaged too. I am extremely happy with the service.
I am going to go with these guys over FCP I think from now on. They sell more OEM parts as well.

Dear Dean (And whomever ever else it may concern),
I will start by saying that I have been a long time customer of yours for the past several years with my various Saab and volvo vehicles I have owned. I have always been impressed in the past with your great service. When I phoned you yesterday having discovered that I had received the wrong part, I was greatly disappointed to find myself in a pissing contest with you as to reason why the wrong part was ordered. That order was a phone order, NOT a web order. I was not asked for an "early" or "late" style pulley as you infered nor did I blurt out a specific part number. I was driving with my girlfriend at the time I placed that order so I would have gotten my registration to verify it if I needed the vin. I love my car but not enough to memorize my vin#. I needed to get my vehicle running ASAP so it's critical I get the right part and now I find myself having to wait an additional week to get the part. Ok, I 've been doing this for a long time (16 years audi/porsche technician) I know how to play the parts order game, I understand it's not a perfect world and mistakes happen. But here's the rub.
If you would have told me I would also have to pay shipping on the replacement part (which yes, I know your shipping policy), I would have ordered a freakin oil filter and a light bulb to avoid the shipping. Yes, it's only $6.90 for shipping but here it is from my point of view. I'm out an additional 5 days to get the right part. I have to argue with you about the absolute and utter inpossibility of anyone at eeuroparts taking a vin specific order without asking for the vin number. I'm pretty close to perfect but I wish that I could have that level of certainty about myself and others! And you guys needed to get that $6.90 shipping without mentioning the order total for my replacement part. Thanks for the insult to the injury. So in any case, enjoy your $6.90, I hope you make it last. As much as I regret doing it, you guys are by far not the only game in that big internet town. And I'll pass on the "Our shipping policy is clearly..." crap as we both know it's about extension of good will. Perhaps in this economy, extending good will to your customers isn't really that important. In any case, that is the last order you guys will be seeing from me. I will also be sharing my experiences with my fellow brickboard and saabnet members. Thanks for nothing.

Hello Mr. Kongsiri,
Sorry to hear that you are so upset about the return policy. The 15% restocking fee for the return is in place to pay for the shipping and processing cost of an order that simply does not represent a profitable transaction when a return is issued against it. The replacement order that you placed did not me the free shipping minimum of $49 so shipping was charged. The listing is clear and I can not see any way that we could have done more to get you the correct part. I wish you luck with your Saab and hope you have a great weekend.
Dean Bergeron

I write: Wow and amazingly I’m paying for the shipping to return an item that was improperly ordered……….by you!!! Now that’s what I call equity!
What a jackass, it would have been better for you to have not responded at all. I’m just cutting and pasting this correspondence into my thread, thanks! Pound foolish, penny wise.

Hello,
You keep claiming to know the policies but then complain when they are implemented. If you are aware of another supplier with a more liberal return policy than ours I would recommend giving them a try. It’
s actually quite simple… you ordered the incorrect part for your car and don’t want to take responsibility for the order. The real kicker here is even after viewing the site and knowing that we needed the vin to get the correct part you still didn’t know your Vin when we spoke yesterday.
You don’t have to wait a week to solve the issue. You can run to your local dealer and buy one today. You could have had one shipped overnight when we spoke yesterday and had it today. The fact is you didn’t want to take the time to order the part correctly the first time and you didn’t want to spend the money to correct your mistake the second time. You claim that you were not asked the vin info and I assert that you are mistaken. We spend lots of time listing parts for Saabs in the most clear and informative way possible and can not take responsibility for items that are ordered in error though no fault of eEuroparts.com. Good day and good luck to you.

Hey Dean,
Great to hear from you again! The actual fact of the matter is the onus of responsibility was on you when the order was taken to confirm that was the right part. Are you that completely ignorant of the term “customer service”??? How can I order the wrong part when I’m relying on you guys to help me get the right part (Read…”customer service”) as I PHONED THE ORDER IN. Once again, I wasn’t on your site the time I placed a PHONE ORDER(that is telephone, not internet which you apparently are unaware of the difference or unable to fully grasp that fact). If I was on your website at the time I PLACED THE ORDER, I would have gotten my vin#. How can I order the wrong part number while I talking to you on the phone and driving? My car radio doesn’t pickup 99.9 eeuroparts FM!!!! I latter verified (yesterday) when I called that there were in fact two types of pulleys. Are you really that stupid or just unwilling to grasp that I gave the year, make, model, and engine size over the phone to a rep and my credit info and THEY FILLED THE ORDER, NOT ME!!!! And then you want me to pay for overnight shipping for that!!! Are you flippin mad? You are living in a complete delusional state! The fact is in fact my friend, you didn’t confirm the right part was being ordered as, once again, I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE! And then you want to play flip the script “Oh it wasn’t us sir, It was you!”. I’m not upset over your shipping or return policies. I was simply annoyed at the douchebag like manner in which you handled this situation. I’m now just amused as I’ll be also mailing a printout of this correspondence to your corporate address. Have a great weekend Dean, and keep killing em with kindness! God loves you too!
