Had over 20 visits with them. I find them incompetent when doing any diagnosis. Prices extremely high in terms of labour and don’t seem to have a fix to any problem the first time around. And to top it off the complimentary car wash also lacks in customer satisfaction (they clean my rims pretty good but windshield is still dirty).

Im gonna add, the service reps don't return my calls. I'm getting furious trying to get a hold of a service rep. The dealer service department is almost a complete waste of time.

i was just ranting to myself.I go there b/c its near me. Maybe one day they are gonna figure it out. I always make sure to recommend another dealership than this one. I hope benz realizes that if they dont start to clean things up im gonna go to bmw. For a German car company, the dealership is sloppy and very inefficient. Record keeping is poor at best b/c they can never find my phone number to call me back in there pile of mess!
