First of all I am probably a terrible customer.I know enough about mechanics to when i am being bs around and I like deffinate answers to vauge problems.That being said these guys put up with all my stupid questions and ideas and always do a good job an example is I have a 1992 940 turbo and it leaned back to the left about 3/4 inch they looked at it and surrmised the springs on the rear must be worn. they checked everything reasonable and the changed the shocks and spings with volvo parts and it looked fine.The next couple of days it started to lean back again!They rechecked everything they could .I even took it to 2 different dealers in houston star volvo and volvos of houston neither could find anything!in fact they made it sound like vip had don something wrong ie not volvo parts or improperly installed.well I took it back to vip and he tried the front shocks and switched the springs from right to left I mean he realy tried ,all on his own dime even the front shocks! well all i can says is that these peaple are honest and go way beyond what any other place I tried like the unnamed shop that when i called and asked if I purchased a very expensive part with my vcoa discount would they install it for me. price they said sure but we will charge you what profit they would make off the full price part on top of the full labor@!I am probably crazy but I just dont agree with that! well thats my opinion thanks for reading and if you ever need a good honest fair in the houston 290 area call them tell them vyken said they are the best! ps that other shop has adds on a lot of the volvo sites no wonder cant get it word of mouth i bet! pss that just one of my vip stories there are others but my typing finger hurts!
