Thanks!,

If your donor car is a MY93, you shouldn't have a problem with the speed sensor because it didn't change (at least to my knowledge) until MY96. The MY95 and lower cars had the speedsenor built into the tranny. You shouldn't need to modify anything in terms of the speedo sensor.
Basically, you need to modify the wiring on the bundle which forms the female side of the automatic transmission harness (the other male side stays with the transmission). Short circuit the two big solid green wires (there will be a few in the bundle, but there are exactly two which are ~12 gauge wire which are for the terminals for the PNP switch). This will fool the car into thinking that your car is always in neutral and allow it to start.
For the reverse light, there are also two big solid blue wires (~12 gauge), which are to be attached to the reverse light switch on the top of the transmission.
There's a write-up somewhere on http://rkforum.boardsxp.com/ , but I can't seem to get it up at the moment.
Hope this helps!

Yeah i have run across that thread before, i just read it again and correct me if im wrong but doug rewired his harness to be a manual one. This is not necessary and i would like to avoid it if i can. plus i couldnt find anything about taping into the ABS sensor or rewiring the Pnp switch or reverse lights other then if i wanted to change my harness to a MT one.

hmm, i'll look into some wiring diagrams and see what i can come up with. though IIRC it's an ECU issue.
