I recently had my '05 V50 AWD in for the 15,000 service and it took them a two days to get it back to me. I even had an appointment that I made four days in advance, here's my experience. First was told the techs went home for the day and that my car was up on the racks ready to be worked on the next morning. I was promised that it should be done next morning around 10am and no later than 12 noon. So, I called and my v50 was still not ready. After several calls all afternoon to the service department, finally I was able to pick my car up around mid afternoon. They didn't even call me to let me know when my car was ready, such a lack of courtesy will not have me going back.
After coming home with my v50, I noticed motor oil marks on the hood, on the driver side quarter panel, passenger side dash, and even a dirty driver side carpet(even though they put down a plastic sheet) Should'nt you get your car back they way you left it?
Looks like these guys should re-think how they treat their customers.
