I've been on Paleo for three weeks, been working out more, more energy, less hunger. Never felt better. Already lost 8 lbs.

Did you start Cross Fit and chugging Coconut water too?

Google is your friend...otherwise known as the caveman diet:

Centered on commonly available modern foods, the "contemporary" Paleolithic diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, vegetables, fruit, fungi, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.

It's like the Atkins diet but with vegetables added. In our house we go by the eliminate processed foods from the diet rule - amazing how well that works.

sounds kinda like what i did last august. i just decided that if it was something i could pick, dig up, or hunt down and kill with my bare hands i wasnt going to eat it. three months later i was 75 lbs lighter. 250ish lbs to 175lbs in three months. since then i started eating bread pasta potatoes drinking soda and all that and im back up to 215. started back to eating that way again hoping to get similar results once again.

I just re-arranged my computer set up and now I face a different direction. It's weird, feels like I'm sitting at an entirely new computer. Its kind of a similar feeling to sleeping on a different side of the bed or being a passenger in your own car.

Make a reclining bed with a computer screen on the passenger side of your car.

TOTALLY reinvent yourself.

I've been running 3+ miles a day for the past week and I've already lost 5 lbs.

Im trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet, and not so much Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Sandwiches

Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.
