For those guys who run in the cold weather, is there anything that can be done about that cold burning sensation in your throat from breathing in the cold air? Was running last night and it was a warm 33F not including wind chill and humidity factors

I didn't ride my bike because it was so cold I knew my throat woudl burn bad. I'd have to wear my camelbak and be sucking down water the entire ride

Balaclava... and then run up to a 7/11? The idea that the moisture/heat builds up between your mouth and the mask to help prevent the burn?

Our dogs are the prissiest evar. If it's wet out they just sit on the back porch and will not go potty. The little puppy is spending some time in her crate because she came in and pissed on the floor immediately.

1st floor's all ceramic tile so no big deal, I just want to get her completely potty trained.

I have a friend that complains about the burning as well he runs with a balaclava, yeah I do agree looks sketch but any other way like zipping up a jacket past your mouth will help.

I think it has to do with how sensitive your throat is, I never have this problem

Also, if you don't like running with a camel back you could try a water belt

This is the one i use, works great, does take a few runs to get use to
