I bought a '93 945t from them 2 years ago. Before and after experiences very different. Before, they showed me a print-out of all service they did to the car. After, when I asked for a copy they wouldn't provide that. The car had a transmission leak from the front which they said they fixed. However, I ended up spending $900 at Scandinavan Servicecenter in Rockville in an unsuccessful effort to fix that. Scandinanvian found internal housing gouges and a mangled cooler hard line.

The airbox had broken clips so I replaced it. When I did that I found that the filter was wrong, way undersized and there were bugs etc in the air mass meter!

They did replace the front pads and rotors as part of their used car prep and the brakes have been very good, supposedly Volvo oem parts.

As with any dealer or private individual, don't take their word for anything. Caveat emptor.

Their posted prices for used cars are rather high, especially for '80's 240 cars but they will deal some as they did with me on this 945.
