Doing something similar today.

Pulled all the door panels, took pics of that process.

Then removed a panel insert on front and rear door, documented that.

removed all the old foam, and cleaned it up.

And now im about to glue in the new foam and custom made insert and then reglue the door panels together.

Pics, Write up, Links, sunday night.

Pic from just after removing old insert - rear door delaminated.

Those are going to look AWESOME!

Took 5 weeks of trial and error, and im sure 1 or 2 of those were shipping time.

Biggest issue is scrapping off the foam and as much of the oe adhesive as possible.

Front was so far gone it just peeled right off with no foam left on board

Used a razor blade to cut the sides off of my speaker grille (in the back where they plastic weld them in on front door)

I have already addressed it with them but they really need to mark FR FL RR RL on the inserts when they start production.

Took a minute to figure out which is which since they are ALMOST the same size.

Went with black perf leather with blue stitch to match the rest of my interior from them.

Could have went with R panels, but I wanted something different.

Washed the underside of the car to get all the oil off of it. Then found my leak! Ordered new rear cam seals.

Replaced the POS firewall coupler that failed and leaked coolant before I could even start the car.

Connected all air pipes, filled with coolant, cleaned the engine bay from install dirt and filled the tank with some fresh Shell 91 (has no ethanol in Canada).

Should finally be mounting the Propus Cs and turning it over tomorrow. If it starts, it'll get it's first wash and then put away in the corner of the garage for winter.

Fingers crossed.

Why don't more people just run hose straight from the engine to the heater-core?

Replaced the bent coolant hose on the lower rear of the turbo. The one that was on there had the same inner diameter on both ends so it was a mess.

Drove 300 miles, it doesn't get driven much so it needed a long trip. All I have left to do is change a broken for light

Pulled the carbs to get them rebuilt. Drained and pulled the tank to get hot washed. Stared at it some more.
