What Did You Do To Your Car Today.

Recommended Posts

Nope, Castrol Edge SPT 0W-30. I've been using it for about 2 years now, Kurt was the one who first turned me onto it. It's the only true German oil Castrol makes and I really like it. I generally let my car warm up before I drive anyways, so the lighter weight doesn't really bother me.

Shoved the radar detector wire deeper into the dashboard.

I think my Bel RX65 is about to puke on me. I noticed it wasn't going off at all recently and when I went into the programming, for some reason it just decided to reprogram itself and turn all the bands off (including laser). I reset it, guess I'll see what happens. Might be time for a Bel Pro 500.

Ooooohh lala!!

Why does it matter if its German oil?

Between the additives and ratings, it meets and exceeds all of the required specifications out engines, or most European engines, need.

All that aside, from all of the oils I've used in both my P80s, my S60R, and my 2 Gen 1 S40s, the GC is by far the smoothest oil, in my opinion. That and the VOA is known to be much better on GC than most other oils for European cars.

All in all, I got 6 quarts for $35, it meets all the necessary specifications, and I love it. Can't complain.

Was going to drive it..

Pulled it out of the garage. Started on first crank. Hasn't been touched since March 5th.

Realized 1 tire was a little low and my registration sticker was still last years. (Have new one just lazy)

So I backed it back in and drove Emma's civic to the store.
