Didn't take a pic when I got the new bumper because when I was done putting all my tools and stuff away, it was too dark!

Cant get the T5R to spark :(

Replaced:

Cam pos

Crank pos

Ecu

coil

cooling fan relay <--- found out this was actually bad

The battery is weak now from all the cranking so I might give it another shot tomorrow. Anyone else have ideas?

When you have gone through all those, I start thinking; is the coil getting voltage? is it still when cranking? If not; you have covered the biggies but what about something semi mechanical like the ignition switch? Relays? (my 98 has those...)

Good luck

I was thinking the same thing but after reviewing some wiring diagrams the fuel pump also gets its power from the ignition switch via the same blue/red wire. The power stage also has a ground and a signal from B11 on the ecu socket. I'm betting the ecu isn't seeing the proper signals to send the signal to the coil to fire.

Changed out the worn passenger side control arm. Decided to go with ScanTech instead of Genuine Volvo because of price. Let's hope it lasts for a decent amount of time. lol

Started it up and let it run checking for any leaks, all is good. Just need to button up a few things and get her inspected now.

Lifters ticking from being dry for the first couple minutes of running made me :o
