The guy shouldnt have played games by refusing to sign the ticket, but I dont think he deserved to get tasered at that point.

Turning your back on a cop and walking away with your hands in your pocket will get you tazed or shot ten times out of ten.

Guy was way erratic.

I did notice the hands in his pockets...And I'm not sure why he walked back to his car...

But still, I dont think he should have been tasered then...I think he should have been given one more chance.

He was. He was tazered in stead of shot. TX, LA, or FL we would have beat him senseless and made out with his wife.

Guy had it coming

The guy was being a douche bag as you can tell by the video. If you want to argue, take it to the court after signing the ticket, how simple is that

Signing the ticket is not admission to fault. Beside, there was a big sign said 40mph, he admitted driving at 68mph so why not sign the stupid ticket.

Stupid p%gs, using their authority to the fullest extent.... There was no reason to fire the taser

1. He wasn't posing a threat to the officer

2. You might argue #1 because of his hands in his pockets, but as you can see from the way they were in the pockets they weren't gripping a gun/knife. Who cares, if the guy had driven off the ticket has already been issued and the guy should have called for backup to arrest the guy.
