for that much money just go slightly used one from the big manuafactures, clarion, kenwood, alpine, sony, etc etc, they all perform the same under that kind of price range.

Get some more money, and get a good one. You can get a nice Pioneer for under $300

Look on ebay I got mine new for like $150 after a rebate and it retailed for $300, it's the least expensive panasonic ghostface model, I forget the model number.
You can definately get a good MP3/CD deck for around 200 bones. If you have a computer and are relatively good with computers, the MP3 option is great.

$225 for the Panasonic 8300U @ www.ikesound.com I bought it and it's one of the best units I've used.
The only one I like more is the Alpine 9383, but that's a lot more $$$.

just bought a decent, wallet saving Sony something something 5500...would have gone 5700 if i had know about the color changing option...either can be had on ebay for about 130 shipping included...and you get good sound, sub out, changer control, MP3 playback, and XM ready, with a wireless remote
