I haven't had my radio for over a month now and no dealerships are helping me at all. Either their internet is down or they can't do it if I don't service my vehicle there. Can someone help me out??? I have all my part, ser and model #'s. PM me if you can help me please!!

what exactly are you needing help with? What can't the dealer do?

My key code. I switched my battery out and the code I have in my booklet doesnt work. I didn't get it from a volvo dealership.

ahh I see... darn... that sucks. I got no clue man... sorry. bing_o is the stereo guru around here... He may be able to help. Use this as an excuse to get a big bad aftermarket stereo.

Sounds like your dealer is screwing with you. Did you go down there or just call on the phone? They look up your radio code via your VIN number on a volvo Intranet. Depending on what kind of mood the person you get is in they can do it over the phone or have you come down to the dealer ship with proof of ownership e/t/c.
