- 1.How much do I want to spend?
- 2.How far do you want to take this. Do you want to A. Go all out and buy an insane system. B. Do you want to just repalce all the interior speakers eventually? C. Do you just want a new cd player.
- 3.Do I want to be able to play mp3 and/or wma files?

you buy a plastic pocket...

^pictured below the hu, circuit city can provide you with this... it is made for multiple makes of car... I would recomend epoxying the faceplate to the pocket itself so it stays on there.

Yeah, your stock speakers will sound far better than they did because the new deck puts out way more RMS power than stock. The lower din opening will be a cubby hole. Just make sure you get the guy to install it in there when you buy the new deck. I have the Kenwood Excelon KDCX679, it's pretty darn awesome, and I got a storage hole right below it. I'll post pics if photodum ever gets their server up... PM if you want pics sooner.

The only problem is when I floor it, (which is all the time) the phone goes flying out, and usually ends up under the seat... haha..
