i went there for a transmission fluid change on our 2005 s60 (VOLVO ontario quoted me $350 for it). when i arrived the owner bill looked at the car and asked if i had any other issues or things i would like to get done. i said nope, just the trans fluid change for now. he asked if i needed a ride somewhere, but i just wanted to walk across the road to wally-world and was told they would call me as soon as it would be done. after about an hour i got the call that i could pick the car up again. when i arrived back at the shop bill said that he kind of works together with BOZZANi VOLVO in covina (for parts, software etc.) and that he took a test drive with the s60 to their place, had them check for any missing recalls or software upgrades for it (nothing necessary) and then drove back to his place. he said the car is in great shape and that i was good to go. i paid the final bill of $86.20 and was a happy camper again
