I attempted to order a voltage regulator for my S70. They accepted my PayPal payment and sent me an email confirmation shortly thereafter. 8 days later I receive an email from PayPal stating that funds have been returned to my account. I call ThePartsBin.com and ask them what's going on? They reply that my part was out of stock so my order was cancelled. I asked them why I never received any notification other than the initial email of my order placement. They did not have an answer but did apologize after I told them I thought their customer communication is substandard.

I doubt I'll use their services again.
