Brand new maserati hit my dad when he was driving my 850...

he's the pictures.

affected:

Bent suspension -- the strut mount on the frame is bent, according to my father.
Bent fender, as you can see.
messed up the door hinge -- my dad says the door drops a few inches when the door is opened.
door seems to have a small knick on it, I can't tell, my dad hasn't sent me a full list of problems.

so... who votes totaled? lol

EDIT: SEE POST 15 FOR MORE PICTURES

Just be careful what you post about the accident and settlement in a public forum. wink.gif

But I'm going to vote totalled, a damaged shock tower is a death sentence on a car like an 850 (since it's at least 11 years old).

Damn that sucks man! But now you get to find yourself an R that's in good condition!! Let me know if you'll be parting this out at all....I could use a hood, front bumper and driver's side fender.

lol something safe, so most likely another volvo, might end up buying a car for my mom and I get the S70, but then again, there might be chance of getting something RWD, or AWD... which would be nice. who knows.

Side note: all kidding aside, the paint looked like it was well taken care of.

I hope you find something you like, let me know if you find a car in the Columbia, SC area, North Florida or Kentucky, I can easily arrange for a test drive in those places. tup.gif
