Hi Everyone,
I was surprised to see that SVS has not been reviewed yet:
http://sacvolvo.com/
SVS is a favorite local indy here in northern CA.
Conveniently located a couple blocks away from the Turner Volvo dealership in Sacramento, CA and are open Monday through Friday from 8A to 5P (closed for lunch between 1P and 2P).
They offer a shuttle service and there is also an Enterprise-Rent-A-Car within walking distance (one block).
These guys are fantastic! I have never received better service or care.
As I like to say, "They love my car as much as I do." How many shops can you say that about?
In a nutshell, they run a good clean business:
-They will always tell you what needs to be done now versus what can wait
-If you do not know a lot about cars, they take the time to educate you about the problem and the repair options
-They will only perform the services/repairs that you consent to
-They charge fair prices on parts and labor
-Everything is always itemized on the repair bill
And, if that wasn't enough, they also routinely go above and beyond what other service places offer.
For those of you looking to modify your cars or rebuild engines, SVS is also the place to go.
They have their own R&D (Research and Development) department:

They are knowledgeable experts on every vintage of Volvo-- If you have a question, they probably have a quick answer or know where to find the answer.
Check them out and write your reviews here!

Eh, I'm tired of high prices from Turner. I'm going here Wednesday, hope they're as good to me as they are to you.
RIP Volvos - '02 3.8L Mustang (work in progress)
