[Aequitas_Veritas]

For sale is a 1995 Yellow T-5R. As most you know there are now less this 150 of these cars less in the United States. It has 171k on it. Despite its flaws, this car just keeps going and going, I drive it to work daily and I have no problems saying this car is very reliable. I have kept up on most of the repairs so far, and I think this car will probably have less problems then a lot of T-5Rs that were not cared for. I do oil changes every 3 weeks because of the amount I drive to work, and its always between 3000-4500 miles, and always Mobil 1 synthetic. In fact, I just did one last weekend on it, so its fresh. Even with the cost of gas what it is, I always fill with 91 octane and never at Arco, always shell or chevron.

This car does have a salvage title. I was in a small accident on the way to work one day where I bumped someone doing about 20mph. I drove the car for a month before I fixed it and it still drove perfectly. I got a new hood, fenders, grill and headlights. I actually bought the car with some front end damage so once its painted, it will be in better shape then I bought it. I was going to paint it before I sold it, but I want the money now to move out closer to my job because gas is killing me. I used the money from insurance to purchase my Black R with only 100k on it. All the parts that were previously modded on the car have been replaced with the stock parts on my lower mileage car.

These are the parts that have been replaced with my low mileage R:

-Suspension (this has less then 100k on it, the PO on my black car had it all replaced recently, I would say this has less then 30k on it)
-Battery
-Headliner
-Turbo
-spark plug wires
-a-pillar (no holes from my 3 gauge pod)
-Steering hubs (although these just started making small noises on hard turns and might have to be replaced soon)

The modded parts its still has are:

-Ill let you keep the sc-816 cd player it has for $100, otherwise i have a spare sc-813 tape deck ill put in.
-440 sidemarkers
-antenna down switch
-mesh damn inserts
-SS brake lines
-blue painted calipers
-Really dark tint
-no spoiler (although I still have it if you want to put it back on)
-All blue stylin motors silicone boost lines
-painted/shaved 20 valve cover
-Full sound deadening (the rear doors still have to be done, but ill including the material to do them)
-polyurethane upper engine mount
-Euro foglight mod
-Digimotive Dimmer (dims interior lights in and out to match the newer Rs)

Here is the bad parts:

-Unfortunately the columbas come on the car, but they are the special edition anthracite ones if that makes you feel any better, but I would highly suggest getting some new rims for this car. However I bought new front tires and they have less then 5k miles on them and are almost brand new, the rear tires are also in good shape. So these rims will be good for quite awhile, or even better as a spare set of rims with a nice set being on the car.
-Front seats are torn and will probably have to be replaced (back seats are good though)
-Leaks oil, not sure from where though
-The whole car needs a repaint (a skilled detailer might fix a lot of it though, def the hood and fenders though)
-blower motor is just starting to make noise, it will have to be replaced eventually
-CEL is on

I believe in full disclosure, and since I know this car better then anyone, I will tell you every last part that needs to be replaced and why. The A/C works great and I have already replaced the evaporator, so no worries about having to do that. I want this car to go to an enthusiast who will treat her right and see she gets the modding she deserves. This has been my baby for quite awhile, but now its time for me to move on to my black R. Im asking $2500 (Dropped to $2300). Here are some pictures.

yeah of course, i spent quite a bit of time on that and it swapped easily into my new car. I will tell you guys though that i am a little OCD about interior lights and not a single bulb is out in either of my cars dashes. I like being able to see all the stuff at night.
