Another post prompted this question... I am just curious if there are any other things that fit well underneath a new HU besides the dash pocket. The thing seems like it is kind of unattractive. What are my options?

The only upgrade is my stereo.
She said I was living too much in '82.
HU: Alpine CDA 9825
Amplifier: Kicker KX 600.4
Front Stage: Crystal CSX 615 in Kicks (by Bing)
Rear Stage: Nothing.
Subs: 2 Crystal Pro Se 10" subs in a sealed enclosure

you could buy the mounting kit that has the little pocket thing or a screen or some type of guage thing that ive seen someone in a 850 r do before

I believe there is a manufacturer who makes a in-dash single din 6cd changer. You could check that out. Also you can put a screen in the the empty space if you're so inclined.

one of bing's flip out screens...i bet if you wanted to get a little custom you could put 2 tweeters in there just for kicks...also a few people have put gauges in there...i know swdrarc (patrick) has...

hahah sorry, these work well in certain vechiles, not sure if one of them can be adapated to fit our needs, but they look good and work well

they have these electronic boost, a/f , etc guages that mount right in with a little bit of cutting...i know a ricer who put a cool blue one in there to monitor a bunch of rice components.

What is the diameter of one of those gauges? It would be cool to get one of those guage cutouts, and to make something else to put in there. I would but some kind of strange artsy thing probably

theres a dude over at turbobricks making billet aluinum single din gauge plate... hold a couple gauges on an angle towards the driver.
