Is there a way to "upgrade" from say a year long subscription to the lifetime? I was going to take advantage of this deal, but didn't have any money in paypal at the moment. For future reference it would be nice to know.

Here is how I see it. This discount was only $20. Thats two hours of work at a job, or less, for most of you guys. I know money is tight for a lot of us, but consider how much help you have gotten from or through Volvospeed. Not only have I been able to network and meet some really cool people and make a few good friends, but I have also saved well over $4,000 worth of labor charges.
The $20 is negligible at best in comparison to that, and so is the total cost of the membership. I am becoming a lifetime SM tomorrow as soon as my paycheck clears. I am more than happy to give back to VS.
