I just sold my changer to a guy in CT, and he emailed me saying that there was a loose piece inside the changer...it's about 2 inches long and metal...he says it may be a track for the laser...is that easy to fix?...anyone out there know what to do...is it safe to open the player up and try?
any help would be appreciated, esp if you're in New Haven and can help this guy out lol...
