Pull out the carpet and check the shock mounts. Sounds like the same thing my Roro did when the left hand shock mount went belly up. You can also check the tread on the tires to see if there is unusual wear on them.
Check the delta link's ends and such. Also check your muffler, could be a hanger gone south.
If your mounts are bad, eBay has them as does IPD, FCP, and eEuroparts. Not expensive either.

MyMightyT5,
It would be a good idea to listen to the suggestions that folks here put up. If your motor is apart, DO change the rear main. Now say the mechanic that disassembled your lower end did say there was overheating on a couple of bearings, your crank just may need reground any way and you will need new bearings. Was there metal in the oil when the sump was drained? If this was not asked do you think the mech will remember?
Just some items to think about... Have a great memorial weekend!

You can make your own o2 spacers. Here's my writeup.
I already have the bung spacer. What I was wondering if the OBX exhaust needs the extension wires that go between the car's rear O2 sensor harness and the sensor plug. The IPD system requires one because the pipe after the "cat" is longer and the bung is placed more rearward. That is what I need to know! If I need that wire extension.
Any one know?

Keaton,
I have an OBX on the way from Sparktec. $407 and change with shipping. From what Danny says, should be a couple more weeks after money put down Apr 14. Will advise when it arrives.
Note, I am installing an S60R Japanifold on my car, heat sheld, and 16T (when it gets here) so both down pipes are mine... (don't no one ask ya hear?) Any way as stated, will let every one know when it arrives.
There has been beef about the drone so a ss Magnaflow resonator will be installed also. My kid will not appreciate the drone.
Also, any one know if you have to get the rear O2 sensor extension for the OBX system as the IPD set up? Please let me know!
