Timing Marks

Found a few good threads on this but I just wanted to make sure.
Had to replace the oil pump seals and I screwed up the timing.
Here is a picture of my cams with the crank in the correct position.
They are obviously off timing. My question is does it matter what direction i rotate them in or can I just simply line them up?
Also as long as all three marks are lined up that's all I need to worry about correct?
