Did you already have the rod removed from the wastegate arm? Actuator itself may be okay, but if the rod won't pivot on the arm, it can't really move. Had this happen on my 240 once, may be worth a look...
If you do need an actuator, I think i still have a few around

). How early does the field fill up on Saturday? We plan to arrive between 8 and 9, hoping that's early enough to get a decent spot. Have been there a few years now, just never on the field. Very excited!!
