But if not willing to drop the 650 (may be less elsewhere), I would defiantly recommend new hardware and mount stuff. Basically everything in this diagram (courtesy FCP)

Spend 350 bucks on an ARD tune. It will be faster than the t5 ecu and it will work.

The 302mm upgrade is an inexpensive way to get better performance. If you are getting new rotors and pads, might as well make those new rotors 302mm because then all you need are any pad you want (akebono, oem whatever) and the 302mm brackets for your calipers. They are like 100 bucks if you buy them new.
