Wastegate Replacement?

So, I'm pretty sure the wastegate on my 16T is shot, and i can't break the nut loose on the arm. I searched all over the place, what should I be replacing this with that bolts right in? I heard about the Garrett, but wasn't sure if there was a more OEM type solution.

I'm trying to run a ARD Green tune, but the turbo won't boost above 12psi at the moment, and loses pressure after that.

I am doing the brakes on my friend's 06 S60 2.5T AWD, I was wondering if there's any way to tell short of a tape measurer if it has 11" or 12" rotors??

Trw Vs Hlc Tie Rod Ends, And Bearing Question

Any opinions? I'm replacing the tie rod ends and was wondering if there was something I should look out for, fcp has Karlyn, TRW and HLC, which should I go with? Help asap would be great!

P0452 What To Check First?

p0452 code came up yesterday, again last night, today, and again tonight after being cleared multiple times. Happens along with MAP/Baro sensor code, but i figure I just have to throw in a new sensor for that. What should I check for the evap code?
