No! Just unplug the hoses at the back of the engine and plug it back on the turbo one!

parts needed for a 4.3 swap(manual transmission)
-complete engine
-engine harness(cutted on the loom that goes to the fuse-box(those wires are the same for N/a and T5, you will only have to run 2 wires to the BCS)

-Radiator with the oil cooler and hoses
-intercooler with all the pipings
-complete T5 exhaust system
-T5 ECU
-Turbo heater-core hoses
-turbo air-box with the post-MAF pipe

Well...it runs like a T5!

Like I said, the swap is really simple if you have a donor car! If you have to source every single part, it can a real pita. I bought a 1995 855 turbo with the engine running for 250$, I also bought the 1993 glt for 200$! I made some upgrade (16t, TT, obx downpipe) and the entire swap cost me less than 2000$ and it took less than a week-end to do it. The goal was to have a Track car for less than 5000$! So with only 2000$ spent on the swap there was 3000$ left for the handlening(roll-cage, suspension, etc...). I'll try to figure list of the parts needed!

You're not going to get more information if you're expecting to get it from that thread Marco pointed to on the Quebec Volvo site. Only the first few posts on the first page discuss the swap and what he wrote in English here provides the same basic details as what is written in that thread. The rest of it discusses him ripping off the original roof which had a sunroof and replacing it with a solid roof, installing a roll cage, and then replacing all of the windshield and windows.

You're right! It's my entire built thread! But.....the swap is Very basic! If you can source a part car it is even easyer! I will answer any specific question but....as far as my swap went, every thing is as simple as removing and install an engine!

I do, In fact, it's my car! The swap was pretty straight forward since I had the donor car! took the complete engine out, cutted the ECU harness that goes to the fuse boxe, took the rad with the oil cooler and install everything in the N/A! a little bit of wiring need to be done but everything is bolt-on! donor car was a 1995 T5m and the N/A car was a 1993 GLT!
