Wheel Spacers

Im looking on some info on wheel spacers. I have 18" peggs on my 98 V70R and its lowered. My inner parts of the tires are getting destroyed. For the rear i have 10mm spacers but there still rubbing on the inner fender liner nuts (which im totally removing) All four fenders are getting rolled but it seems like i need maybe 15mm in the rear and 10mm up fronts.

My question is were can i get decent spacers (15mm) and will I need longer bolts

Also, has anyone had issues with thins on a V70R?

Obx Turbo back Straight flange with electronic exhaust cutout in mid pipe
Ipd stage III
Ipd rip kit with ssqv flange welded in top pipe
Ipd top engine mount
Original black mesh ipd grill with R in right corner
interior in good condition
R door sills
Ipd 3 pillar
Gizzmo EBC

Cracked R bumper
S90 LIP
R Wing. Screws broke on one side of wing for mounting

Other stuff.
OEM 850R clutch kit BRAND NEW still in the box
M56l tranny
850 shifter with cables
850 clutch peddles
Car is lowered with eibach springs

Window motors still work. Starter is only a year old. Motor has 240+ on it. Turbo has minimal shaft play bur blows out oil.
