They should leave it alone. I hate that Chelsea won but that is soccer... you can dominate 99% of the game and score one goal.. all it takes is that 1% of the other team to tie it up. Just the way it is.
If they want to end PK shootouts or alter them.. why dont they add a 2nd center official so that one person cannot dictate a game

I will get an oil cap also. I see the oil on the fresh air tube near the turbo and PTC.
