Ok were do i start. So tonight a mechanic who works at a local private volvo shop and i installed a non turbo intake manifold from a non turbo 98 s70, on my 98 s70 t5. I have the bigger throttle body but when we finished installing everything it wouldnt open bc the opening is too small so i guess it needs to be ported correct? But that is the least of my problems. For the time being i figured i could put the t5 throttle body back since it fits, opens and closes properly on the non turbo manifold which it did. Now for some reason the car hesitates, sputters when i hit the throttle and bearly builds any boost at all wtf is going on? what am i overlooking? plz help. I appreciate in advance and input guys thank you.
