P0237 Obd Code, Boost Cuts Under Full Throttle Tcv?

I have been experiencing issues with boost cutting under full throttle and it seems to not spool quickly in second and third but then it will pull slightly cut and pull harder. Any thoughts from you mechanics out there or those of you who've had the same issue?

I had my Volans stolen so I decided to upgrade, picked these tritons up for $900 and had to wait all semester long to finally put them on the car, so I have it a little detailing job and thought I should post some pics.
