Depends on where this happened and how the judge approaches it. At that speed in Washington State prima facie that classifies as reckless driving and could be handled as a moving violation, a misdemeanor, or a felony. The officer decided to classify it 46.61.400 which is just a speeding ticket but given the noted speed, it could be a gross misdemeanor:

This, it all depends on the laws in your area and how the prosecution and judge are feeling that day. I got nailed for 120 in a 65.. it was expensive (to the tune of $2000.00 ish).. and certainly caused a rise in my insurance cost. I was fortunate in that my car was not impounded, and I didn't lose my license for any period of time. Good luck with it.
