At that speed in Washington State prima facie that classifies as reckless driving and could be handled as a moving violation, a misdemeanor, or a felony. The officer decided to classify it 46.61.400 which is just a speeding ticket but given the noted speed, it could be a gross misdemeanor:

I got nailed for 120 in a 65.. it was expensive (to the tune of $2000.00 ish).. and certainly caused a rise in my insurance cost.
