Trying to read up on why I might be getting this huge boost fade. Not even close to redline. Hits 10 psi and then drops to 5 ish. I might put the factory wastegate back on.

I'd say it's a good place to start and see what's up for sure.  Also, if it comes down to it, may want to rule out the EBC with a MBC as well... if it gets to that point.  That way you can more easily determine if you are having issues with the setup of the EBC or if it's something else.
