When you say the intake rear cam seal, do you mean the cam seal under the cam sensor? I did change that one... - that's the exhaust cam Which other cam seal should I be checking, the one under the distributor? - yes, that's the intake cam

^^^^, specially the exhaust one under the CPS, but definitely check both as suggested.
The turbo return line o-ring to the block seated good when you replaced it?
