brian you have no idea. they have another rental as well up in Mok hill that they have not been able to get a renter in for over a year because there is jack sh*t up there. Of course on the other hand both all three of their houses are paid for so its straight profit as soon as somebody starts renting it, but the thought of burning it to the damn ground has come up between my dad and i everytime we have to set foot in the damn place.

Balls deep here in sacramento!! came down to visit my grandma to kind of clean up their rental house and get it ready to rent again. They didnt really give us the whole story though, the last tennant some how backed up all of the water through out the house causing it to flood all over with sewer water. the whole kitchen had about 3 inches of grease on the floor, from wheat we dont know cause there wasnt even an oven. anyway dry rot everywhere, mold everywhere, cant get any better than this, haha. ill post up pics when i get back home for sure.

So it's not coming from the last two places and I have tracked this one down to the passenger side right above the B pillar. It's coming downthrough the headliner and going on the floorboards.
