Yeah, I will continue practicing until I get it right. The thud was the car drifting sideways and then bumping the end table. I knew you would, Mr. "slide into my driveway"! I was supposed to drift around the container but due to the lack of traction, I was making these wild arcs. I had a fun time though.

I spent a snow day yesterday indulging myself! Moved my furniture aside and tried drifting my RC car indoors. Too much oversteer and I got no drift skills. LOL My bad drifting video

I know, I'm shocked that they closed the schools today and it wasn't even snowing. My friend in MN thinks we are too cautious. But I have to admit my county is pretty on top of things. They've already salted the roads last night. We are also expecting icy conditions tomorrow too. I'm just happy I have a day off just to play computer games and mess with my RC cars.

You should hook up with the CFL crew, you met some of them at Carlisle. If you're driving, watch out for the trees that tend to jump out of nowhere.

Same forecast here for tonight too. I hope there will be a several hour delay. I'm actually north of GSO, and closer to the VA line.

I am dreading the commute to work tomorrow morning with the snow and ice and what not. I hope I get a nice thick layer of ice on my driveway so I can't even back out.

Congrats on the house. You won't regret the garage. I enjoy working on the car more when I don't have to worry about leaving it in pieces overnight. What I thought would happen but didn't was, I found myself washing and waxing the cars less because of the multitude of other responsibilities that came with home ownership. I just didn't have the time for it every weekend now.

They still card you if they think you don't look old enough to buy booze. I get that sometimes, but it's becoming ever more infrequent. The check out girl at the Food Lion knows me and waves me through when I try to push my ID on her...lol.
