I gues it depends. I voted destruction of property just because i had some friends who were trying to sell their house and some kids tagged a garage door across the alley from their house (it was visable from one window) months before the home was on the market and the owners of the tagged home (who were losing that anyway) refused to remove it. My friends had some interested buyers who all got freaked out and worried about crime when they say that tagging. Granted it's a tight market and my friends home was rather high priced for the area (but well deserving of it with a brand new 4 car garage and a double lot) it still has put a damper on them trying to sell. Of course my vote was to go over there and "tag" that white garage door with some white in the middle of the night and problem solved. but i'm sure had that happened, I'd have been the one getting picked up by the cops.

I hate buying something from some one, having it turn out to be bad where it should never have been shipped. Then I have to return it, and wait for the refund. and then the person hasn't been on line, and it's that weird week between Christmas and new years where they may not be working or around. and I just don't know if i should jump on it and file a paypal claim, or wait. as my 45 days is up on 1/5/11. And I'll most likely be out the return shipping cost. Grr,

True. It is. I know people who had a 91 Caviler coupe. it's a pain, but you can make it work.

+1. It's not like you drive a C70. and by starting a family are you going to have 17 Kids or something? Because 1-2 kids a S70/850 Sedan is just fine. Plenty or room for 2 carseats and a dog even! I find it crazy how so many people get pregnant and run out and buy a Minivan or the Largest SUV on the planet. Now I do have a friend who just bought a minivan but they just had their 3rd child and you can't fit 3 carseats in a pontiac G6.

The seats in my 98 Volvo are way more comfortable than the seats in a 09 Explorer. And I put over 4,000 on that explorer rental. (2 weeks i think...MN to Cali and back)

When i buy a house, i am totally doing this.

Just read about people installing S60 seats in a Toyota Prius. this may have just bumped itself to #1 in my list of things to do.

wow... there's no reason you should need to get an ok from the owner if your stuff is stolen. I wonder when the locks on the storage area were last changed. When we had the car break-in, there had been some earlier in the year (one guys car was broken in 3 times) the management had NO IDEA when the garage locks were changed last.

When my Wife's car was broken in to in the "Secure" underground parking where we used to live, a chick that worked in the office was in on it. Wife dropped her phone, some neighbor turned it in. Office staff had seen it, but thought it was locked up since manager was gone. Noticed minutes were being used. called it and found it 2 doors down in an apartment with one of the office staff. She lied to management about it, and got fired. we got let out of our lease 7 Mo early due to that and moved to a far better place.
