Bing cash back sucks. All i ever got back was $0.30 I Had a transaction that should have given me $5.00, but the denied it. it was valid and all done correctly and they still denied it. fought them for over 3 months and they still did not give me my money.

I decided for sure to get our matrix painted after the gravel truck incident, as the front bumper has a large portion of the clear coat removed. Immediately after that, the wife got rear ended in the same car. no injuries, but the rear bumper is pretty scuffed. Soo, estimate is $1200 for paint on the hood and front bumper and new windshield, and another $500 for paint and repair on the rear bumper (assuming there's no damage to the crash pad or anything. Fun Fun... it goes in this week for repair.

I didn't see the plate, I didn't realize it was from the truck until it was too late to catch it. I know the truck was blue. There were no signs on the back of the truck i noticed, and after talking with my insurance they said it didn't matter unless i had a video, the trucking co would just deny it. Sounds like what this guy was doing... Insurance is gonna cover it fully under my Comp. For sure I'm getting a new windshield, but i have to wait until it stops raining and i can check the front of the car to decide if it's worth the hassle of having it done. I'm thinking about just getting a touch up kit from paintscratch, but it's a metallic pearl paint, so i'm kinda thinking touching that up would look like crap. Stupid Cosmic Blue.

Pulled out on the freeway yesterday morning on the way to work, got passed by a gravel truck that and the door on it was a little open, so of course gravel spraying all over the highway. When I checked it out I have a ton of chips in my windshield now, and at least a few chips on the body of the car. I was driving our new Toyota of course. Grr.

Makes sense... If the dealer hasn't turned in the paperwork, and the still get their $4500... I saw the back lot of the toyota dealer in the End of August when we bought our matrix, it was a scary site. Yeah, I think I'll just mail a check in to avoid the fee. a $5 processing fee i can understand. (i don't like paying them, but whatever.) but after I've lived here for a year and a half, and all of a sudden they add this? Yeah this agency sucks. I actually looked at another house they manage online for potentially moving to, and had an e-mail already written out to see if they'd be able to just roll my deposit over and maybe discount me since i'd be coming back. but then i thought of how much i hate having to deal with the agent, and how poor the service is, and i said screw it. not renting with them again.

My rental agency now changed their system, and I have only 1 option to pay my rent, which charges a $48.00 convenience fee. WTF?

F! Now the ceiling in the garage of my stupid foreclosed townhouse that I'm still locked in a lease on is leaking. Getting my stuff wet. So far has ruined 2 $100.00+ air filter cartridges. And the Leasing agent has yet to reply. how about just let me out of my lease now?

Frankly, I wish i could get out of my lease now. I just found a great house online I want to rent. Maybe I'll get lucky and they posted early or will hold it w/ a deposit for me.

Thats exactly how i feel.But I'd lose my deposit, and get an eviction. because there is a leasing company in between the owner and myself. at least I'll get my deposit back in the end, and they really have no reason to take anything from me. it's not like they'll replace or even clean the carpets before the bank takes it. Hell they didn't clean the carpets or paint when I rented. I rented a Rug Dr the day i signed the lease and after the agent came through and took photos i cleaned the carpet and it came out 3 shades lighter.

Emailed the leasing agent. Looks like there is nothing to do. the lease still stands. MN allows a 6 month redemption period after the sheriffs sale, which puts Occupancy until 10/19, thankfully my lease is only until 7/1, so... I just have to keep paying my rent knowing the owner is just pocketing the $$. Good thing we weren't planning on renewing the lease!

Just got served the foreclosure paperwork for the owner of the townhouse I'm renting. Oh Joy.
