1 lb. ground beef, 2 spoonfuls of minced garlic, one egg, splash of olive oil, hearty amount of Worcestershire sauce. Form into palm size patties, then cover each side in salt/pepper so that it crusts on the grille. 5 minutes each side, and put some swiss cheese on it for the second half. Grill some onions while you're at it. Toasted buns with a smear of Grey Poupon on each end, and throw it all together and you have one hell of a burger.

I never get a quote with him. He lets me drive his cars, I stop by whenever and he'll put my car up on a lift to check something out for me, will look over installs I do and fix any mistakes for free. I'll probably just drop it off with my mechanic because I have a lot of time constraints and he's quick, plus I like sending business his way (and parents are covering it! )

Would I like to? Absolutely. I'm so damn busy right now wrapping up the last week and then finals of school that I have not even signed up for Carlisle yet I'm like an hour and a half away. I will definitely let you know when I have a better idea of my schedule around then. Gotta do that front mount! Depends on where you're at RPM-wise I think. I usually just step on it to 7/8 throttle instead of letting go and then depressing the pedal again.
