    Don't know how true it all is. Some senator said $5,000 deductible. Also said the average healthy 27 or 29 year old male in their district could expect a 90% premium increase.

    As for my S70 deer incident; I drove it over 2 years and paid $950 for it. Then the deer incident; after the deductible and buy back I had $2,700 in my pocket. They made that offer and I was like "Sounds great." Plus I sold a good bit of stuff locally off of it and made more money. So in short drove it for 2 years and got paid 3 times what I paid for it, not bad. The manual R is going to be a s..l..o..w rebuild.

    Odds are it's totaled. The cars aren't worth shit. They will offer around 2-3k. Then you just buy it back. I just brought mine back. All they did was take the $500 deductible and $500 for buying the car back out of the check they cut me. Downside is I now have a salvage title but I don't really care about that. In GA you just fix the car and call out a Trooper they look it over and sign off on it.

    Oh how I know that all to well. Although I'm about where I won't to be so I should be sending everything back today. edit: Me and the insurance company apparently have a slightly different definition of "Agreed value." Let's just say "Agreed value" doesn't mean agreed value what it actually means is "industry guides + depreciation".

    Simple would be a good word to use to describe the CCW process in GA. Go to court house, pay, fill out a piece of paper, get photo taken, get finger printed and then wait by the mail box.
