  1. I don't have access to a tig at home, do at work, but not at home. All I have at home is a MIG. I'm doing mbaker's exhaust after carlisle. 28x8x3.5
  2. My last IC pipes were polished and these are polished, they just need to be clean up and the welds dressed.
  3. it's a can that catches things.
  4. Finished the IC piping today Welded a piece of square stock to the intake pipe then taped for it a barbed fitting. Figured out to mount the catch can finally..
  5. more parts came today.  rest of the down pipe stuff came too. I can start making it tomorrow.
  6. 3" 304 SS tig welded, machined flange w/ mechanical seal, air pump bung welded in the wrong place thanks to Terry at VMS, has a bung for front o2 and wbo2. The cat went bad so I cut it out and vbanded a test pipe in. I AM ONLY SELLING the section from the turbo up to were the cat would be installed. All you need is a section of straight pipe, a cat and a vband clamp/flange to install this. RIght now I have a interested party.
  7. I've had a lot of parts arriving lately w/ more to come... ;)
  8. Some parts arrived today and finished a couple of projects today as well. MAF adapter is done(the black thing that looks like a flange), my catch can that I made is done(now I just have to figure out how and where to mount it ), forge 007 DV is here w/ springs, wastegate spring tuning kit, silicone hose for the DV, and flex pipe for the down pipe. Still waiting on the rest of the parts for the down pipe. I'll be selling my other down pipe next week... hint hint.
  9. Who watches 90 mins of pr0n? I'd think your hand would be pretty tired by then. :monkey:
  10. pipes are being welded today and tomorrow. :)
  11. Middle of next week I hope to fire it up.
  12. It's probably just the pictures making the 18T look larger Air pump delete is just that, you delete it from the ECU. Advantages are IC piping routing w/o a air pump in the way... As for piping size, notice I said HOT SIDE. Speeds the hot air up to the IC, I am runing 2.5" on the cold side. Also, 2.25" is a better fit.
  13. routed the piping differently since I did the air pump delete and bumped down to 2.25" on the hotside.
  14. no can do. I have to mock up IC piping then weld it, and build a down pipe.
  15. Big props to the old man for sparing a few minutes to help me get the engine in. <3
