I would pull the AWD shaft real quick and see if the problem or clicking noise is still there. The rubber around the carrier bearing gets weak and can let it contact things it shouldn't. My 2000 did this when turning... at first... and it was a light clicking noise. Saw an interesting DIY repair in where someone put window sealant all over it to stiffen it back up. May try that with mine. Just a thought. Looks great... nice save! :)

Odd request... do you have the OEM rear left engine assembly mount? http://www.ardideas.com/assets/images/9161101-1.jpg My 2000 apparently has a different mount, and after putting my M66 in this weekend... I find I am in need.

Damn H. I am sorry to hear it's come apart on you. However, I completely understand why you would part it. At the end of the day, they are just cars... and when you need a reliable daily, it totally changes the perspective. I, for one, have appreciate your build from the start. Mental illness is unique to America. There have been some serious changes in our policies regarding how we handle mentally ill people, and how those systems were basically shut down. We turned our back on mental institutions meant to help people... which got them defunded and those people were turned out into society. I've never seen a gun shoot someone without an operator.

10K per round? That works until the hippy with an electric car want gasoline to be 10K a gallon... and vegetarians want meat to be 10K a pound... etc. You cannot control guns or their parts. Look at 3D printing. Even if you confiscated weapons, which I think we could all agree is the most extreme attempt at control... people will just print or make their own. Trying to price fix people out of something also doesn't address that EVERYONE has the ability, and cheap tools to press their own ammunition. You should visit Texas and see some of the arsenals that I've seen. You will see it's not the weapon that does the killing... the the meat sack operating it that does. Glad you're reusing the stock section over the rear diff. It's unfortunately the best way to go on these cars and at least it's 2.5" Coming together nicely!
