Reality is, this is a single guy that took some people to the cleaners. In the grand scheme of problems in California this would not get any attention. He is one guy not a corporation that is doing bad business. I live in North Ca, he is South, I cant get to him. All I want is my angled housing back, it was ported. From the sound of it, we will never see anything and probably at this point, unless someone is willing to go speak to him face to face, this is a closed thread.

that would be me too. Any chance he would tell us the name of the shop that the turbos are being worked on? I am sure the shop would be happy to recieve money for the work they have done and possibly we may get our stuff back??

I have had his cell number for a long time. He used to answer it when I called, now its just voicemail.

This is getting out of hand. All we are trying to do is find out where or what happened to L8 Apeks. We have sent him our turbos, he has been very active on this forum and with communication and then with the latest, all the throttle bodies. He announced that he was back a short time ago then just disappeared again. I am assuming he has been called away with his military duties and in the rush forgot about the people who had sent him product. This forum thread was in hopes that someone knew him personally or lived close enough or has contact with him enough to be able to tell us where or what happened to him. For all we know he is sitting in the hospital from a car wreck, nobody knows. Is there something else going on that I am not aware of that prompted these quotes?

I have his phone number and have called him several times. Message box every time. My guess is something has happened military wise. I visited the turbo shop in Cameron park. Nice place, turbos everywhere. They have done work for IPD in the past. I quizzed them a bit about Sean but they did not know him. They have done turbo upgrades on occasion but the price was different than what Sean was offering. There is no way Sean would drive 8 hours to a turbo shop...this is not the one.

Thats in Cameron Park!!!! thats 5 minutes from me! I am not so sure he uses them. He lived in the L.A. area and 'visited' the shop. Cameron Park would be quite a drive.

Wish I knew. He was in the process of rebuilding my 18T when he went missing. I got one message from him two weeks ago then nothing. I actually have his phone number and have called it twice leaving messages. Not return calls. I wish I knew the name of the shop.
