Hahahahahah you say we are a hockey town and you bring up the tbirds?!?! Hahahahaha... do you even know what you're talking about before you open your mouth?? Do your research... average attendance in kent is like 3600 yet denver (a real hockey town) is closer to 18000 a game. Sorry if you're on the sports bandwagon, but you were 14 the last time the sonics played here, do you even remember what it was like then?

Don't get me wrong. I love sports. I hate talking about them though. Im sure if seasons tickets (nhl) were cheap, id be the first in line! I just don't see it being a big hit.

Young core?? Hmmmm.. that's sports talk for they are bad. And of course every team has room to "grow". The team is bad. They didn't have the funds to pick up good players. That happens. If they come here, people will go just cause its something new. I would go cause I played hockey for years. But seattle isn't a hockey city. Simple as that. Nba team... hmmm yea, let's see if they will those seats (after the excitement dies down).
