Yea it's kind of a bummer, but that's what you get for being in the middle of the building. Plus, with a mostly square room (the rear wall is at like an 18*), the less reflective surfaces the better. If I had a random grand to throw around, I'd totally buy another set of these monitors for my house. The sub adds so much that is missing from just 2 monitors, especially when you can isolate it with the SubDude (see below). So far we're just using a couple Auralex roominator kits, Auralex MoPads, and a SubDude (best investment ever). Opted out of diffusers and bass traps for now but at the same time this room will be mainly used for editing and other post-production shit rather than serious mixing.

Just the iMac box, Auralex boxes, and Euphonix box. Need to find a place to store that shit.

My FB friends have already seen it, but here it is again. Spending some time in the new office studio until our department xmas party/shitshow. Such a fantastic place to waste time. Quick question. This is only supposed to show it as ready and the air pump will continue working as if nothing happened, right? Reason I ask is I did the diode fix and I still hear the air pump come on. Admittedly I haven't had a chance to check and see if the code came up (i still have a P0455 lit) but just wanted to make sure.

Yea mine was a bitch, too. I just beat the shit out of it with a 16oz mallet and then an 8lb sledge. In other news, I just added up my orders from FCP and I've spent over $1300 there in the past 6 months. Luckily, I still love them.
