    Right. It can accept 1080p signals, but obviously doesn't display it.

    Here are the specs on the TV. Says 1080p direct input but the resolution is 1024x768. So that explains why the playstation runs in 1080p. Sooo...you wanna come over? Plasma is teh roxorz

    It says 720p but playstation broadcasts in 1080p for some reason [shrugs]. Still works and looks AMAZING! at 42" you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 1080p and 720p. <3 LOL You will love it. I HIGHLY recommend Samsung. It's just gorgeous. I really need to cut up my credit cards. I just got back from getting an HD DVR system. Looks amazing as well. LOL

    Thanks! Those speakers (Fisher) are circa like 1970. My dad bought them as his first system when he was in high school or something. They still sound AMAZING. And I'm pickey about quality sound...

    Bought my happy ass my birthday/xmas gift I'm in love: [dead kittens] [/dead kittens] 42" Samsung Plasma. Piano black finish. It is quite the sex, especially playing COD4 and GT5 in HD (fap fap fap).

    Yup. Everything's working fine with me. It did crash on my PC once when I tried to watch a flash video, but it had been doing that earlier with Firefox 2 (which is why i downloaded 3). I reopened it back to the video and it worked fine...I dunno. But yea, i like it so far.
