There are twisties near my house...but the rents are being old fogies and are gonna be out of town ON SATURDAY NITE OF COURSE! (I personally told them "all the better!" ) I didn't even get a smile out of that. So yeah, they're being gay so we can't do it saturday. But they did say we could do it friday or sunday Sooo whatever you guys want to do!

This just a rough outline because i think we all know that it wont be these exact times VSTX Meet Fall 2006 September 22-24, 2006 Itinerary Friday, 22 September 7:00pm – Meet at Denton Dragway 11:00pm – Leave Dragway to respective houses Saturday, 23 September 11:00am – Wake and breakfast 1:00pm – Dyno at Alamo Autosports 3:00pm – Speed Zone 5:00pm – Photoshoot in downtown Fort Worth 7:00pm – Reid’s house for BBQ and burgers Sunday, 24 September Let’s face it, no one knows what’s going to happen… sound good?

I don't know about anyone else, but i don't believe the site was started with that intention. I personally don't see how it alienates people. Ex: There aren't any hidden forums if you're a guest. There are many people joined there that don't even live in Texas. It's free access and the only reason someone would feel alienated (i feel) is if they're too lazy to move the mouse and click the left button. and that's all i'll say because i don't want to argue anymore over such a trivial/retarded issue. :)

We did that because we were cluttering up the Announcements forum with our meet stuff. Think of it as a branch off VS. It is used solely for the organization of future meets (and even smaller GTG's) and useless banter that people outside of Texas could care less about. We're not trying to break off from VS at all, but actually doing everybody a favor and moving our discussions to a temporary location until we are ready to announce something formal. <3

I also agree with some of these points, but there is honestly no way we could just "up and leave." If your enemy immediately left after fighting, would you not take the first opportunity you had to retaliate? Also, the radicals are still trying to attack us! Remember what happened the other week? They were headed for the US. This shows that they are still, after 5 years, not showing any signs of stopping. If they want this to end, they would have surrendered a LONG time ago. When Bush said, "i declare war" or whatever, they should have just said "well that was a good game guys...it was fun while it lasted".
