OK, I never used a Blog before. I have a technical questions on a 1995 Volvo 850 T5R. Engine would not start yesterday. I am not getting a pulse at the injector or a spark. I have fuel pressure. I used the probe and LED to flash a code out of A2 of 3-2-5, (ECU Memory Failure). I disconnected battery power, removed ECM, shook it, and replaced it. The car started and drove for about 1 mile before dying.

Now, the ECU does not spit out any codes when the button is pushed (LED does not blink) when probe in A2.

Several solenoids click under the hood when the key is on.

Trip Data on dash comes and goes intermittantly.

I don't get a check engine light when key is "on" during bulb check.

I bought a OBDII scan tool and it shows no active/inactive codes. It scanner does not display Live Data. It did the first time I plugged into the car.

My guess is a bad ECU. Can I get a "second" on this so I can feel more confident on my prognosis? Any idea where I can find a used ECU?
